Thelma Lucille Radae, 90, of Worden, IL passed away Monday, September 26, 2016 at Heritage Health Nursing Home in Staunton, IL. Born April 14, 1926 in Panama, IL, she was a daughter of the late Mr. & Mrs. Alvin Jones. She married Alex J. Radae on April 9, 1943 in St. Charles, MO and he passed away on March 28, 1984. She worked as a food service worker at Community Memorial Hospital in Staunton, IL. She was a member of Worden United Methodist Church.

She is survived by 3 sons, Alex L. Radae of Bunker Hill, IL; Raymond D. Radae of Worden, IL; and Fred J. Radae (Brenda Robertson) of Worden, IL; 5 grandchildren, Angela (Steve) Monko, Alex J. (Theresa) Radae, Shaun (Cassie) Radae, Elaine (Jeff) Donahue, & Sherry Radae; 11 great grandchildren, Madeleine Reynolds, Chelsea Monko, Megan Radae, Sara Radae, Logan Radae, Gavin Donahue, Avery Donahue, Nicholas Hellmann, Brianna Bradford, Nathan & Nicholas Reynolds;

 1 sister, Mildred Seeger of Worden, IL. Many nieces and nephews also survive. Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 1 daughter, Elaine Denise Radae; 2 sisters, Louise Evans and Shirley Forrester; 1 brother, Marvin Jones; and a special friend, John Krechnyak.

Friends may call from 9 to 11 AM on Friday, September 30, 2016 at the Worden United Methodist Church. A Memorial Service will follow at the Worden United Methodist Church officiated by Rev. Dennis Price and Rev. Kurt Stone. Interment of cremains will be held at Worden City Cemetery in Worden, IL. Memorials are suggested to either the Worden United Methodist Church, the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
