Richard Jack Holeschek, 76 of Staunton, Illinois passed away Thursday, January 12, 2017 at Christian North East Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. Born February 4, 1940 in Litchfield, Illinois, he was a son of the Late Mr. & Mrs. Charles and Louise (Lanza) Holeschek. He married Donna Walz on December 2, 1961 in Staunton, Illinois and she survives. He was a Truck Driver with Churchill Truck Lines in Chillicothe, Missouri. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church of Staunton and the Moose Lodge of Litchfield, Illinois.

He is survived by his Wife, Donna Holeschek of Staunton, IL; 2 Sisters-in-Law, Ruth Buske of Staunton, IL and Jeannette Holeschek of Edwardsville, IL; 2 nieces and 1 nephew. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Son, Michael Holeschek and 1 Brother, Carl Holeschek.

Friends may call from 10 to 11 AM on Wednesday, January 18, 2017 at Williamson Funeral Home in Staunton. Funeral services will follow at 11 AM at Williamson Funeral Home in Staunton with Rev. Kelly Mitteis officiating. Private graveside services will be held. Memorials are suggested to the Charity of the Donor’s Choice.
