William Herman "Will" Prante

William Herman "Will" Prante, 34, of rural Worden, IL, passed away at 7:22 PM on Monday, January 1, 2024 at Community Hospital of Staunton, IL.  He was born January 15, 1989, the son of Bill Prante & Linda (Travis) Prante.  He married Jennifer Linkeman on June 8, 2013 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Hamel, Illinois & she survives.

Will was employed as a salesman for Donnewald Distributing in Greenville, Illinois, & was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church of Hamel, IL.  He loved his farm life, his children, & was a devoted father & husband.

He is survived by his wife -  Jennifer Prante of rural Worden, IL;  two children -  Kensley & William Prante of rural Worden, IL;  his twin brother -  Matt (Katie) Prante of Staunton, IL;  his mother -  Linda Prante of Staunton, IL;  his father -  Bill (Lynda) Prante of Worden, IL;  his mother-in-law & father-in-law -  Donna & Keith Linkeman of Hamel, IL;  a step sister -  Katie McQuillis of Worden, IL;  & a brother-in-law -  Keith (Alyssa) Linkeman Jr. of Staunton, IL.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents -  William & Ramona Prante,  &  George & Anna Travis.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 PM on Monday, January 8, 2024 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Hamel, IL.  Funeral services will be held at 10 AM on Tuesday, January 9, 2024 at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Hamel, IL, with Rev. Benjamin Ball officiating.  Burial will follow in St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery in Hamel, Illinois.  

Memorials are suggested to a Trust Fund for Will's children.
