Timothy S. Rothe

Timothy S. Rothe, 67, of Staunton, IL passed away Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at Community Hospital in Staunton, IL. Born June 12, 1958, in St. Louis, Mo, he was a son of the late Marjorie (Graves) Rothe and Jake Rothe. He worked as a stocker at Schnucks in Granite City, IL for over 30 years. He enjoyed photography and was an avid St. Louis Cardinals Baseball and St. Louis Blues Hockey fan.

He is survived by his son, Ryan T. Rothe of Granite City, IL, his father, Jake Rothe of Staunton, IL, 2 brothers, Thomas J. (Susan) Boone of Madison, IL and David T. Rothe of Staunton, IL. Several nieces, nephews, and cousins also survive. He was preceded in death by his mother and 1 brother in infancy, Jeffrey Rothe.
