Renee L. (Thorn) Davis

Renee L. Davis, 67, of Staunton, IL, passed away at 10:12 PM on Friday, June 26, 2026 at Community Hospital of Staunton, IL.  She was born April 27, 1959 in Highland, IL, the daughter of the late Junior Wiley & Edith (Miles) Thorn.

Renee was a homemaker, a member of Net Community Church of Staunton, IL, & a past member of the Staunton Lions Club.

She is survived by four siblings -  Donald (Donna) Thorn of Staunton, IL,  Rita (Chuck) Yearman of Mountain Home, Arkansas,  Yvonne (Danny) Scroggins of Staunton, IL,  &  Cathy Best of Staunton, IL;  several nieces, nephews, & cousins also survive.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one son -  Joshua Thorn;  & one sister -  Ruth Blaskovich.

Visitation will be from 10 to 11 AM on Friday, July 17, 2026 at Net Community Church in Staunton, IL.  A Memorial Service will be held at 11 AM on Friday, July 17, 2026 at Net Community Church in Staunton, IL, with Pastor Robert Semanik officiating.
