Patrick J. Whitehead

Patrick J. Whitehead, 58, of Litchfield, Illinois, passed away at 7:11 PM on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at his residence in Litchfield, Illinois.  He was born August 13, 1964 in East St. Louis, Illinois, the son of the late William & Ann (Gibson) Whitehead.  He was married to Angel Harrison on August 7, 1993 in Collinsville, Illinois & she survives.

He was employed as a machine operator at Kraft Foods in Granite City, Illinois for many years.

Patrick loved to play his guitar.....he also enjoyed wood-working & refinishing, & making his family laugh!

He is survived by his wife - Angel Whitehead of Litchfield, IL;  5 children - Cindy Whitehead,  Timothy Whitehead,  Alison Whitehead,  Lauren (Ryan) Davis,  & Simon Whitehead;  3 grandchildren;  6 siblings - Gary, Michelle, Patricia, Kate, Maggie, & Liz;  & many nieces & nephews also survive.  Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by 4 siblings - Leroy,  Robbie,  Bonnie,  & Frank.

A "Celebration of Life" will be held at a later date at Net Community Church in Staunton, Illinois, with Pastor Derrick Taylor officiating.  Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
