Lloyd E. Schaefer

By God's grace, Lloyd E. Schaefer of Prairietown, IL, at age 96, began eternal life through Christ on July 19, 2024.  He is survived by his wife -  Arlene Schaefer of Prairietown, IL;  two daughters -  Alicia (Todd) Kelly of Edwardsville, IL,  &  Jennifer (Dean) Halusan of Prairietown, IL;  four grandchildren -  Olivia Halusan,  Ian & Evan Kelly,  &  Owen Halusan;  amazing neighbors,  &  family & friends.  Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother & two sisters.

According to his wishes, a private family funeral & committal service will take place on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Prairietown, IL.  Pastor Oliver LaMie will officiate.

Memorials are suggested to Prairietown Cemetery Association.
