Linda Marie Bonds

Linda Marie Bonds, 72, of Staunton, IL, passed away at 3:37 PM on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at her residence in Staunton, IL.  She was born February 12, 1951 in Chester, IL, the daughter of the late Robert James Bax & Margret (Chapman) Feldman.  She married Ron Bonds on October 21, 1986 & he survives.

She was employed as a cook at Country Side Plaza in Troy, IL for many years, retiring in 1997.  She enjoyed her cats, flowers, reading books, her knick-knacks, & spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband -  Ron Bonds of Staunton, IL;  two daughters -  Janet Martin of Midland, TX,  &  Jamie Martin of Staunton, IL;  five grandchildren -  Stephen Rodriquez,  Heather Rodriquez,  Brianna Rodriquez,  Colin Bain,  &  Adalynn Bain;  three great grandchildren -  Eric Rodriquez,  Aaliyah Arizpe,  &  Layla Arizpa;  & a sister -  Margie (David) Winter of South Carolina.  Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister -  Cathy Bator;  &  her stepfather -  Leo Feldman.
