Katherine F. (Leadbetter) Robinson

Katherine F. Robinson, 65, of Staunton, IL passed away Friday, October 21, 2022, at her residence in Staunton with family by her side. Born December 19, 1956, in Cape Girardeau, MO, she was a daughter of the late Raymond Leadbetter and Margie (Wake) Landmann. She married the late Michael Robinson on July 29, 1972, in St. Louis, MO and he passed away on August 19, 2019. She worked as a nurse from 1980 – 2022. She loved crafts and line dancing, family get togethers, and anything to do with butterflies.

She is survived by 2 sons, Brian (Becky) Robinson of Litchfield, IL and Mark Robinson of Staunton, IL, 2 grandchildren, Sadie & Wyatt Robinson both of Litchfield, IL, 1 sister, Susan (William) Wenzel of Skokie, IL, 1 brother, James (Karen) Leadbetter of Highland, IL.

Besides her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by 1 grandson, Jesse Robinson and 2 sisters, Karen Leadbetter and Jalana Leadbetter.

Friends may call from 12 noon to 4 PM on Thursday, October 27, 2022, at Williamson Funeral Home in Staunton. Burial of cremains will be held at a later date.

Memorials are suggested to Simmons Cancer Center in Springfield, IL or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
