Jorn H. DuFrain

Jorn H. DuFrain, 85, of Staunton, IL, passed away at 3:05 PM on Friday, October 17, 2025 at his residence in Staunton, IL.  He was born July 25, 1940 in Chicago Heights, IL, the son of the late Kenneth B. & Eileen (Jarvis) DuFrain.  He married Debbie Morgan in March of 2019 & she survives.

Jorn was a truck driver for numerous companies in the area, & a member of the Teamsters Local of Alton, IL.  He enjoyed tinkering in the garage, gunsmithing, going to flea markets, & working with his hands.

He is survived by his wife -  Debbie DuFrain of Staunton, IL;  two daughters -  Robin (Keith) Ramseier of Mt. Olive, IL,  &  Michelle (Michael) Streeb of Collinsville, IL;  one son -  Michael (Beth) DuFrain of Staunton, IL;  six grandchildren -  Morgan,  Stormy,  Hampton,  Drake,  Stewart,  &  Sydney;  several great grandchildren;  one brother -  Joel Patrick (Carol) DuFrain of Mattoon, IL.  Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter -  Jennifer DuFrain;  one sister -  Jana Marinacci;  & two nephews -  Aaron Ebert  &  Chris DuFrain.

Graveside services will be held Friday, November 7, 2025 at 10:30 AM at Memorial Park Cemetery in Staunton, IL.  Memorials are suggested to the NRA.
