Garni D. Lamb

Garni D. Lamb, 81, of Highland, IL - formerly of Worden, IL, passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at Eden Village Care Center in Glen Carbon, IL.  He was born July 14, 1944, the son of the late Garnett G. & Marcella (Kreutzberg) Lamb.  He married Carol Harris on January 16, 1965 in Edwardsville, IL & she survives.

Garni was employed as Comptroller for Pratt & Tobin Law Firm in East Alton, IL for 50 years.  He was also an avid golfer & Illini fan.

He is survived by his wife -  Carol Lamb of Highland, IL;  one daughter -  Wendy (Randy) Wilson of Highland, IL;  two grandsons -  Chase & Zane Wilson of Highland, IL;  one sister -  Teddi Lloyd of Big Sandy, TN;  & numerous nieces, nephews, & cousins also survive.  Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one son -  Scott Lamb;  one sister -  Terri Finke;  &  one brother -  Randy Lamb.

Private graveside services will be held at a later date at Worden City Cemetery in Worden, IL.  Memorials are suggested to the charity of the donor's choice.
