Edward Robert Lang

Edward Robert Lang, 67 of Holiday Shores, IL passed away peacefully at his residence on Tuesday, September 7, 2021. Born December 22, 1953 in St. Louis, MO, he was a son of the Late Mr. & Mrs. Emmett & Katheryn (Seillers) Lang. He married Carol Reisinger on October 15, 1976 at First Church of God in St. Louis, MO and she survives. He worked as a Maintenance Engineer at Cushman-Wakefield in St. Louis, MO. He was an avid St. Louis Blues and St. Louis Cardinals fan. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and loved Country Music.

He is survived by his Wife -Carol Lang – Holiday Shores, Illinois

                                2 Sons - Matthew (Melissa) Lang – Edwardsville, Illinois

                                                Nathaniel (Meagan) Lang – Godfrey, Illinois

                                2 Grandchildren -Miles & Piper Ravetta-Lang

                                Beloved Dog -    “Gus”

                                3 Sisters -             Chris Barrera, Gloria Groneck, & Cindy Clements

                                3 Brothers -        Fred Lang, William Lang, & Joseph Lang

                                Numerous Nieces, Nephews, & Cousins also survive.

                                Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by –

                                2 Sisters -             Paula McKinnery & Carol Landing

A “Celebration of Life” will be held at a later date. Memorials are suggested to the American Bladder Cancer Society.
