Delphia M. (Mangels) Vaughn

Delphia M. Vaughn, 98, of Bunker Hill, IL, went to be with her Lord and Savior, Monday, June 1, 2020. Born November 19, 1921 in Bunker Hill, IL, she was a daughter of the late Mr. & Mrs. John & Mary Mangels. She married Charles James Vaughn on January 10, 1941 in Bunker Hill, IL and he passed away on June 19, 1992. Delphia was a member of Christ Life Church of Bunker Hill, IL. She was a dedicated wife, mother, and servant of the Lord.

She is survived by 3 Children - Charles (Darlene) Vaughn – Shipman, Illinois, James (Joan) Vaughn – Bunker Hill, Illinois, Vicky (Roy) Anderson – Brighton, Illinois, 7 Grandchildren - Linda (Timothy) VanArsdale, Charla (Micky) Flanigan, Amanda Vaughn, Kimberly (Caleb) Albers, Amy (Donald) Harvill, Leah (Evan) Lamb, & Michael Anderson, 8 Great Grandchildren,  Ashley Parmentier, Sierra VanArsdale, Braden Flanigan, Darcie Flanigan, Andrew Albers, Alicia Albers, Tiffany Cartwright, & Joshua Harvill, 1 Great Great Grandchild - Jaxson VanArsdale.

Besides her husband & parents, she was preceded in death by 3 Sisters - Irma Frank, Bertha Gosch, & Fairy Wieseman.

Graveside Services will be held Friday, June 5, 2020 at 11:00 AM at Bunker Hill City Cemetery in Bunker Hill, Illinois with Pastor Jeff Warix officiating. Memorials are suggested to Christ Life Church of Bunker Hill or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
