Dale Andrew Wesbrook

Dale Andrew Wesbrook, 60, of Staunton, IL, passed away on Sunday, February 15, 2026 at Community Hospital of Staunton, IL.

Born October 21, 1965 in Litchfield, IL, he was the son of the late George A. & Lucinda (Barber) Wesbrook.  Dale worked as a Captain on tugboats for ADM in St. Louis, MO.  He was a member of First Baptist Church in Mt. Olive, IL.

Dale enjoyed cooking, hunting, fishing, & riding his Harley-Davidson.  Most of all, he cherished spending time with his grandchildren, family, & friends.

He is survived by his son -  Ty (Amanda) Wesbrook of Crawford, Georgia;  three grandchildren -  Myka,  Landyn,  &  Hunter Wesbrook of Crawford, GA;  five siblings -  George (Diana) Wesbrook of Iowa,  Connie McDaniels of Standard City, IL,  Jerry (Sherry) Wesbrook of Iowa,  Betty Wesbrook of Livingston IL,  &  Diana Wesbrook of Carlinville, IL;  his companion -  Donna Sales;  along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, great nieces, & great nephews.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother-in-law -  Jim Clark;  & one great niece -  Lexi Stiles.

Visitation will be on Thursday, February 19, 2026 from 5 to 8 PM at Williamson Funeral Home in Staunton, IL.  Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 20, 2026 at 10 AM at Williamson Funeral Home in Staunton, with Rev. Gary Hanover officiating.  Burial will follow at Spangle Cemetery near Livingston, IL.
