Cynthia T. Foulk, 71, of Staunton, IL, passed away on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO. She was born April 5, 1955, the daughter of the late Henry C. & Alice H. (Zivic) Dilday. She married Michael Foulk on June 19, 1976 at St. Michael Catholic Church in Staunton, IL & he survives.
Cynthia was employed as a Microbiologist at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO for many years. She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church of Staunton, IL, & enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren & spending time in the garden.
She is survived by her husband - Michael Foulk of Staunton, IL; one son - Jason (Cary) Foulk of Staunton, IL; two grandchildren - Isabella & Jacob Foulk of Staunton, IL; one sister - Karen McCoy of Springfield, IL; one brother - Steven (Mitchie) Dilday of Uba City, CA; & numerous nieces & nephews also survive. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers - Dennis & David Dilday.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 PM on Friday, May 1, 2026 at Williamson Funeral Home in Staunton, IL. A Memorial Service will be held at 6 PM on Friday, May 1, 2026 at Williamson Funeral Home in Staunton, IL, with Father Thomas Hagstrom officiating. Private burial will be at a later date at Memorial Park Cemetery in Staunton, IL.
