Charlotte M. (McDaniel) Werner

Charlotte M. Werner, 88, of Staunton, IL passed away Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at Heritage Health in Staunton. Born June 15, 1932 in East St. Louis, IL, she was a daughter of the Late Mr. & Mrs. Arnold & Lillian (Vogt) McDaniel. She married Robert C. Werner on July 30, 1950 and he survives. She was the Owner/Operator of many Greenhouses in the area over the years. She was a member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church of Prairietown, IL. She enjoyed spending time with her family.

She is survived by Her Husband of 70 years - Robert Werner – Staunton, Illinois

                                3 Sons - Dale (Lexie) Werner – Edwardsville, Illinois

                                                Jerry (Brenda) Werner – Prairietown, Illinois

                                                Neal (Emilie) Werner – St. Louis, Missouri

                                9 Grandchildren & 11 Great Grandchildren

                                2 Sisters -             Sharon (Lorraine “Pete”) Peterson – Belleville, Illinois

                                                                Elaine Cook – Wheeling, West Virginia

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by 1 Son - Allan Werner.

A Memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials are suggested to either Hospice of Southern Illinois or to St. Peter’s Lutheran Church of Prairietown.
