Bill Sanks

Bill Sanks, 64 of Staunton, IL passed away Monday, February 8, 2021 at his residence near Staunton. Born September 29, 1956 in Chicago, IL, he was a son of the Late Jack Sanks and Loretta (Richards) Bliss. He married Janie Horton on April 4, 1994 in Carlinville, IL and she survives. He was the Past Owner/Operator of Sanks Machining near Staunton, IL. He was a member of Gillespie Masonic Lodge # 0214. Bill was an avid Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears fan.

He is survived by his Wife - Janie Sanks of Staunton, Illinois, 1 Son - Dustin (Ashley) Sanks of Staunton, Illinois, 2 Grandchildren - Austin & Nolan Sanks, Step – Father, Mel Bliss, 1 Brother - John Sanks, 2 Nieces Billeigh & Samantha, & his dog – “Bear”

Bill was preceded in death by his parents.

A “Celebration of Life” will be held at a later date.

Memorials are suggested to the charity of the donor’s choice.
