Albert J. Adler Sr.

Albert J. Adler Sr., 96, of New Douglas, IL, passed away on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, MO.  He was born December 15, 1928 in St. Louis, MO, the son of the late Albert & Gertrude (McIntyre) Adler.  He married Marie Combs & she survives.

Albert was employed as a machinist at Proctor & Gamble in St. Louis, MO for many years, retiring in 1987, & was a U.S. Army veteran.

He is survived by his wife -  Marie Adler of New Douglas, IL;  one daughter -  Kathleen Adler of Livingston, IL;  & a granddaughter -  Kasey Harvey of Chicago, IL.  Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by one son -  Albert J. Adler Jr.

No services are scheduled.  Private burial will be held at a later date at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, MO.
