Wallace G. Daube

Wallace G. Daube, 69 of Worden, Illinois passed away Sunday, August 26, 2018 at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, Illinois. Born October 22, 1948 in Litchfield, Illinois, he was a son of the Late Mr. & Mrs. Wilbur & Delores (Wiesemann) Daube. He married Sandy M. Schien on July 12, 1969 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Worden, Illinois and she survives. He served in the U.S. Army and worked as an Operator at Conoco-Phillips (Shell) in Roxana for many years. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Worden; the Worden American Legion Post #564; the Worden Volunteer Fire Department, and was a past EMT with the fire department.

He is survived by his Wife, Sandy Daube of Worden, IL; 1 Son, Jason Daube of Worden, IL; 2 Grandchildren, Allyssa & Jacob Daube; 2 Brothers, Delore (Joan) Daube of Worden, IL and Allen (Janice) Daube of Worden, IL. Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Friends may call from 4 to 8 PM on Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Worden. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 31, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Trinity Lutheran Church in Worden with Rev. Heath Curtis officiating. His remains will be cremated following the services. Memorials are suggested to either Trinity Lutheran Church of Worden or to the Worden Volunteer Fire Department.
