Rudolph I. "Rudy" Mrazek

Rudolph I. “Rudy” Mrazek, 60 of Staunton passed away Sunday, August 19, 2018 at Community Hospital in Staunton. Born April 14, 1958 in Evanston, IL, he was a son of the Late Mr. & Mrs. Rudolph C. & Jane (Adamek) Mrazek. He married Kathy Spears on May 29, 1998 and she survives. He worked as Laborer with Local #379 of Edwardsville for many years. He was a member of the Staunton Masonic Lodge #177 AF & AM as well as a member of Shriners International.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy Mrazek of Staunton, IL; 2 Sons, Mike Mrazek of Staunton, IL and Josh (Elizabeth) Rosenthal of Decatur, IL; 2 Daughters, Jennifer Mrazek (Gus Viehweg) of Mt. Olive, IL and Jennifer (Shane) Kessinger of Worden, IL; 8 Grandchildren, Nova, Nathan, Adam, Lucas, Lauren, Aubrey, Kasen, and Mackenzie; 1 Sister, Jane Flanders of Plymouth, MN. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 Son, John Rosenthal and 1 Brother, Karl Mrazek.

Services will be held at a later date. Memorials are suggested to either Community Hospital of Staunton or to the Staunton Education Foundation.
