Bonnie K. Schuette, 71 of Staunton, Illinois passed away Sunday, September 10, 2017 at Community Memorial Hospital in Staunton. Born July 23, 1946 in Litchfield, Illinois, she was the daughter of the Late Mr. & Mrs. Kenneth and Esther(Messerle) Gurick. She married Roger Schuette on May 22, 1969 in Carlinville, Illinois and he survives. She was a homemaker who loved animals, especially cats. She enjoyed spending time with her family and watching St. Louis Cardinals baseball.

She is survived by her husband, Roger Schuette of Staunton, IL; 1 daughter, Cathy (husband Tracy) Lambeth of Benld, IL. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her Step-Father, Bernard Gurick.

Her remains were donated to Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, MO. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at 3:00 P.M. at Cornerstone Ministries in Benld, Illinois officiated by Rev. Larry Cooke. Memorials are suggested to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.
