Robert Emil Sitko, 89 of Staunton, Illinois passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at his residence in Staunton. Born July 25, 1928 in Staunton, he was a son of the late Mr. & Mrs. Walter J. Sitko. He worked as the operator at PAG Warehouse in Staunton for many years. Bob served with the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church of Staunton.

He is survived by 2 nephews, Bruce (Sue) Sitko of Lakeside, AZ and Brian Sitko of Payson, AZ; 1 niece, Amy Henderson of Payson, AZ. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 brother, Walter A. Sitko.

Private Memorial services will be held later. His cremains will be interred at Staunton City Cemetery in Staunton, Illinois. Memorials are suggested to St. Michael’s Catholic Church of Staunton.
