James “Junior” Senaldi, 86 of New Douglas, IL passed away on Monday, March 20, 2017 at Elmwood Nursing & Rehab Center in Maryville, IL. Born July 20, 1930 in New Douglas, IL, he was a son of the Late Mr. & Mrs. James Senaldi Sr. Junior was a self-employed farmer and worked at the # 2 coal mine at Williamson, IL for about 10 years. Junior liked to hunt, fish, and take care of the farm animals.

He is survived by 2 brothers, Larry Senaldi of New Douglas, IL and Norm (Donna) Senaldi of Manchester, MO. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 sister-in-law, Ruth Ann Senaldi.

Friends may call from 9 to 11 AM on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at Williamson Funeral Home in Staunton. Funeral services will follow at 11 AM at Williamson Funeral Home in Staunton with Rev. Debbie Atkins officiating. Burial will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery in Staunton. Memorials are suggested to Community Memorial Hospital.
