Barry Ray Streeb, 58 of Staunton, IL died Friday, March 31, 2017 at Community Memorial Hospital in Staunton. Born February 8, 1959 in Staunton, he was a son of the late Louis Streeb and JoAnne (Horne) Streeb. He was a machinist and loved duck hunting with his son Eric. He enjoyed fishing, mushroom hunting, arrowhead hunting with his boys at Macoupin Creek.

He is survived by his 2 sons, Nick & Eric Streeb of Staunton, IL; his mother, JoAnne Streeb of Mt. Clare, IL; 3 brothers, Michael (Michelle) Streeb of Troy, IL; Dennis Streeb of Mt. Clare, IL; Kevin Streeb of Mt. Olive, IL; 1 sister, Terri Streeb of Mt. Clare, IL. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive. Besides his father, he was preceded in death by 1 sister, Pamela Bowden, and 1 nephew, Jacob Streeb.

A Celebration of Life will be held later. Memorials are suggested to either Ducks Unlimited or to the Concordia Singing Society.
